Payment is expected before the final report is issued unless other arrangements are made prior to the inspection. My fees are based on the square footage of the home and begin at $250.00. While many inspectors upcharge for older houses I charge no additional fees based on the age of the home and I do offer veterans discounts. There may be an additional charge for travel depending on the location of the property. Additional costs may be incurred if I have to make additional trips to the property to complete the inspection due to utilities being shut off or systems not in service at the time of the original inspection.
Radon testing starts at $75.00 for tests included with the home inspection, there is an additional fee for radon testing with no inspection.
