This is a very abbreviated inspection focusing on the roof, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems and generating an abbreviated report at the conclusion of the inspection. This inspection does not include any structural, exterior or interior systems and is normally used for prelisting purposes. It is not recommended for buyers as a substitute for the buyer’s inspection.
